APP Chrom Spray is a one-component, fast-drying decorative varnish with high covering power, high gloss and a shade similar to the color on the lid. For use on all common smooth surfaces such as metal, wood, glass and paintable plastics.

It is not suitable for covering with colorless varnish.

Advantages:

Substrate preparation:

Thoroughly remove any corrosion centers and dry sand with P400 sandpaper. Primers and old paint coats wet sand with P600.

Before spraying the primer, clean the painted surface of dust and degrease with W900, W911 or WB900 remover.

Use:

Before spraying, sand the painted surface, remove dust and degrease it. Mix the contents of the package well by shaking the container for 2-3 minutes. Make a test spray. Cover the painted surface evenly with varnish from a distance of 20-30 cm.

Number of layers: spray thin layers many times to achieve the desired effect. Before each spraying, thoroughly mix the contents of the package.

Recommended working conditions:

• working temperature: from +15°C to +25°C,
• maximum relative humidity: 80%,

Intercoat evaporation time at +20°C: 3-5 minutes.

Drying:

At +20°C:

• dust dry: 5-10min.
• full hardening: 24h.

Coverability:

It is not possible to cover with 2K and 1K colorless varnishes.
