Very light polyester putty for repairing large surfaces and filling large surfaces. Exceptional grinding quality and a guarantee of quick and effective repair.
Exceptional adhesion to various types of substrates: OE varnish, clear varnish, steel, galvanized steel, galvanized steel, aluminum, plastic composites, plastics, SMC, polyester putty.
Before sanding, clean the repair surface by removing dirt, grease and wax from the repair surface. Sand the repair surface with P80-P180. Use abrasive materials to remove scratches P180-P220. Remove dust. The repair surface must be completely dry before applying the product.
The mixing factor is 2% by weight. Place the required amount of material on a clean, degreased putty mixing pallet and add 2% hardener. Refer to the illustration on the product lid and select the appropriate amount. Mix the material to obtain a uniform mass of uniform color. Use only EVERCOAT hardener.
First, apply a very thin layer of the mixed material to the repair surface. This will result in an optimal application, without fine holes with excellent adhesion. Increase the required repair depth by layering the product.
Grind and shape the putty with P80 – P180 grit to avoid external scratches on the repaired surface. Finish the surface repair with P180 - P220 grit. For optimal results, apply a top coat of EVERCOAT Easy Sand stopper (#101669). This will ensure a flat, pinhole-free finish and reduce primer consumption in subsequent steps of the repair process.
