Capacity: 2kg

Two-component, high-strength, epoxy grout, resistant to chemical and mechanical stress, intended for grouting ceramic tiles and panels. Meets the requirements of RG for jointing mortars based on reactive resins in accordance with the PN-EN 13888 standard and R2 for reactive adhesives in accordance with the PN-EN 12004 standard.

APPLICATION:

For grouting cladding such as ceramic, stoneware and gres tiles and slabs, ceramic fittings as well as glass mosaic and natural stone. Suitable for use on heated floors and walls.

Especially recommended in the following cases:

Impact of aggressive waters : in pools with thermal, mineral, brine and sea water; steam and Turkish baths; wellness areas; breweries, wineries, presses and other beverage production facilities; in the leather, paper, textile and pharmaceutical industries; in wastewater treatment plants, including wastewater treatment plants and wastewater neutralizers; in zoos.

Exposure to chemicals/acids : in laboratories, in the chemical industry and in battery rooms.

Impact of natural fats : in the meat and fish industry, in kitchens, including industrial kitchens, dairies and cheese factories.

High loads and washout effects : in wave pools, industrial laundries and industrial wastewater tanks; on balconies and terraces.

Suitable for filling gaps in joints during renovation and repair works (minimum joint depth: 3mm).

Also for gluing similar glass, porcelain and ceramic mosaics, especially when the same color of the adhesive and grout is required. For gluing large or heavy formats, use Sopro DBR 500 epoxy adhesive.

Working time : approx. 45 minutes at +23 °C

Joint width : 2-12mm
