One-component colorless primer for smooth surfaces under Hyperdesmo liquid polyurethane membranes

One-component primer, colorless, non-staining, designed specifically for use with the transparent liquid polyurethane membrane HYPERDESMO®-T.

PRIMER-T is a one-component primer, colorless , non-staining, designed specifically for use with the transparent liquid polyurethane membrane HYPERDESMO®-T. Although it is dedicated to the system for transparent waterproofing/renovation of terraces, it can also be used with other membranes from the HYPERDESMO® line. PRIMER-T is easy to apply by rubbing the preparation into the substrate with a clean cloth. After 10-15 minutes, the substrate is ready for the application of the liquid membrane.

HYPERDESMO®-T is a one-component liquid transparent waterproofing membrane that sets under the influence of moisture in the atmosphere. After setting, it creates a highly plastic, hydrophobic coating with high durability and UV resistance. It is aliphatic and does not undergo any changes under the influence of sunlight.

The membrane is based on pure elastomeric, hydrophobic, aliphatic polyurethane resins, thanks to which it has excellent mechanical, chemical, UV and all environmental factors resistance.

HYPERDESMO®-T creates the appearance of a colored product, especially when stored in large containers. However, the product is completely transparent.

APPLICATION

Transparent waterproofing and protection:

• ceramic tiles,
• natural stone,
• wood,
• verandas and balconies,
• terraces,
• polycarbonate roofs, etc.

Tying sand/stone carpets.

The product is also used for sealing concrete and masonry.

LIMITATIONS

• We do not recommend application to fragile surfaces
• Non-porous surfaces such as ceramics, glass, etc. must be primed with PRIMER T or MICROPRIMER PU

WEAR

Application with a roller in one, two or three (depending on the angle of the surface) layers with a minimum total consumption of 0.8-1.0 kg/m2.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

Product designed for application on:

Ceramic tiles, glass, concrete, cement roofing, wood, corroded metal, galvanized steel, polycarbonate.

Standard requirements for a concrete base:

• Hardness: R28 = 15 Mpa.
• Humidity: W < 10%.
• Temperature: 5-35 oC.
• Relative humidity: < 85%.

Alchimica AQUASMART®-TC 2K FLOOR PROTECT

Two-component, fully aliphatic topcoat with increased chemical and mechanical resistance parameters

AQUASMART® –TC 2K Floor Protect is a two-component, water-based, aliphatic coating with unique properties that make the product suitable for many applications. The product is recommended for the protection of, among others, self-leveling polyurethane and epoxy floors. AQUASMART® –TC 2K Floor Protect shows excellent UV, chemical and physical resistance. The coating is very resistant to dirt. It can be easily colored with water-soluble pigments in a proportion of 5-10% by weight, depending on the required coverage.

Application with a roller at a consumption of 150-300 gr/m2

APPLICATION:

• UV protective layer (pigmented), e.g. for self-leveling polyurethane and epoxy floors and membranes.
• Protective layer for car parks
• Industrial paint

APP:

Clean the substrate, e.g. using a high-pressure washer. Remove any substances that may reduce the bond strength of the coating to the substrate, such as wax, grease and other dirt.

Mixing: Use a low speed (300 rpm) mixer. Add the second ingredient and continue mixing for another few minutes.

Application: Application by roller or spray. After applying the coating, avoid rolling as traces may remain. Additional rolling on the surface of the coating when it has already partially set may damage the structure. Before applying the next layer, make sure that the coating has completely set.

WEAR:

Minimum consumption 150 gr/m2 in one or two layers.
