Sikadur 30 is a two-component, thixotropic, solvent-free adhesive based on epoxy resins and special fillers, used for structural reinforcement at normal service temperatures, i.e. from +8°C to +35°C.

Application:

Sikadur 30 is intended for gluing structural reinforcements:

• Sika CarboDur tapes on concrete, masonry, wood and steel substrates (details in the Sika CarboDur Data Sheet and Sika CarboDur Tape Application Guide ref. 850 41 05 and 850 41 07)
• steel flat bars for concrete

Properties:

• high creep resistance under constant load
• easy to mix and apply
• no priming required
• very good adhesion to most construction substrates: concrete, brick, stone, steel, cast iron, aluminium, wood and Sika CarboDur tapes
• high humidity has no effect on the bonding process
• high adhesion to the substrate
• thixotropic: does not flow when applied to vertical surfaces and in the ceiling position
• binds without shrinkage
• solvent free material
• ingredients have different colors (control during mixing)
• high early and final strength values
• high abrasion and shock resistance
• impermeability to water vapor and vapors of other substances
