APP R-STOP - Penetrating anti-corrosion agent that stops the development of corrosion

Penetrating anti-corrosion agent that stops the development of intergranular corrosion on steel, galvanized steel and aluminium. Applied to a surface cleaned of tarnish rust, it removes moisture from corrosion centers and insulates them. Impregnated surfaces can be covered with polyester products, as well as one- and two-component primers.

APPLICATION

It is intended for repairs of car bodies, vans, trucks and buses.

HOW TO USE

The product is ready to use and prepared for application with a brush. Apply with a brush by rubbing. It can be applied with a spray gun equipped with a ⌀1.2-⌀1.4mm nozzle at an air pressure of 3.0 to 4.0 bar.

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION

1. Remove flash rust manually or mechanically.
2. Remove dust and degrease the surface.

DRYING

At +20°C:

• Dust dry: 10-15 min.
• Coverable: 30-60 min.

APP Grund Epoxy Spray - Primer / epoxy primer

One-component, fast-drying epoxy primer with anti-corrosion and insulating properties. It has very good adhesion to iron, steel, galvanized steel and aluminium. It can be covered with all types of topcoats.

APPLICATION

It is intended for anti-corrosion protection, insulation, priming minor sanding, and for the micro-repair system.

HOW TO USE

Before spraying, sand the painted surface, remove dust and degrease it. Mix the primer well by shaking the container for 2-3 minutes. Make a test spray. Cover the painted surface evenly with a primer from a distance of 20-30 cm.

DRYING

At +20°C:

• Dust dry: 5 min.
• Touch dry: 10 min.
• Coverable: 20-25 min.
• Ready to sand: 30 min.

COVERAGE

After 20-25 min / +20°C in the wet-on-wet method, apply water-based and conventional top coats. After drying and sanding, polyester putties can be applied.

GRINDING

After complete curing, sand:

• wet with sandpaper P600-P800,
• machine dry with sandpaper P400-P500,
