BOLL Zinc spray 400ml anti-corrosion coating

Zinc spray is a quick-drying agent that provides excellent protection against corrosion of steel structures, body and chassis elements as well as all kinds of pipe systems. Allows electric welding of coated surfaces. It has excellent adhesion and flexibility, creating a smooth coating that is a thorough protection for all types of varnishes. Temperature resistant up to 120°C.
Perfect as a primer for surfaces exposed to moisture. After drying, it can be varnished. The zinc content in the dry layer is 90%. The product complies with DIN standards.

HOW TO USE
Clean and degrease and then smooth the metal surface. Before use, shake the container for approx. 3 minutes, then spray from a distance of approx. 15-20 cm, thoroughly covering the element. After 20-30 minutes the layer is touch resistant. Total drying time: 24 hours. Optimal use temperature: 16-25°C. After use, invert the can and spray until the valve is empty.

SUBSTRATES

• metal - sand, blow off and degrease with "BOLL silicone remover", and then apply another layer.
• non-ferrous metals (zinc, aluminum, copper, etc.) - sand, blow off and degrease with "BOLL silicone remover", and then apply another layer.
• varnish coatings - sand, blow off, degrease with "BOLL silicone remover", and then apply another layer.
