HYPERDESMO® -HAA is a unique, one-component liquid polyurethane membrane, based on the combination of Hyperdesmo and the Accelerator 3000 additive, which guarantees a quick polymerization process even with a single application of a thick layer of membrane, without the risk of bubbles formation. This product is the result of the efforts of the research and development department and the continuous improvement of our production infrastructure and chemical process.

Thanks to the unique formula, the membrane sets faster and has excellent mechanical properties. This product is especially dedicated to use in conditions of lower temperatures and relatively low humidity. This product also allows you to reduce construction costs thanks to the fact that the membrane with the minimum recommended thickness can be applied in one layer. HYPERDESMO®-HAA has a longer operating time than Hyperdesmo® + Accelerator.

Application using a brush, roller or airless spray with minimum consumption of ±1.5 kg/m2.

APPLICATION

Waterproofing and protection:

• roofs
• terraces, verandas and balconies
• light metal or fiber cement roofs
• sealing/repairing bituminous/asphalt membranes
• gypsum cardboard plates
• sealing/renovation of EPDM/TPO/FPO/PVC membranes

LIMITATIONS

Not recommended use:

• Insulation on a low-quality surface (e.g. brittle)
• Waterproofing of swimming pools with chemically treated water

Application only on primed surfaces. If the membrane is pigmented in a dark color and is applied in a sunny place, the use of a pigmented HYPERDESMO®ADY-E top-coat is required.

• Excellent thermal resistance, the membrane never softens. Max operating temperature 80oC, max shock temperature 200oC.
• Resistance to low temperatures: the membrane film retains its properties even below -40oC.
• Excellent mechanical properties, high tensile and tear resistance, high friction resistance.
• Good chemical resistance.
• Water vapor transmission: the membrane film breathes, no moisture accumulates under its surface.
• Together with the adapted primer, it can be applied to almost any surface.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

The application includes: for: concrete, fiber cement, moatics, concrete roofing, old (but well-adhering) acrylic coverings, TPO/FPO/EPDM/PVC, bituminous, asphalt, wood.

Standard requirements for concrete surfaces (without using a primer):

• Hardness: R28 = 15Mpa.
• Humidity: W < 10%.
• Temperature: 5-35 oC.
• Relative humidity: < 85%.
