Sika BlackSeal BT is designed to bond, seal and repair:
filling and sealing gaps/cracks in most roofing applications,
for fixing roof tiles, slates and flashings,
sealing gaps in gutters and downpipes,
sticking unglued roofing felts,
sealing joints between corrugated asbestos-cement boards and steel sheet, etc.

The sealant provides immediate and permanent weather protection for a wide variety of roofing applications. Adheres well to most roofing materials, such as bitumen, asphalt, roofing felt, metals and wood. It does not require priming and is ready to use and semi-drying - it remains permanently plastic under the dried surface layer. Possibility of applying the material on a damp surface.
