DESCRIPTION AND APPLICATION

FOR PROFESSIONAL USE ONLY

EVERGLASS is a filler reinforced with short glass fibers, ideal for use with metal, for welds, for repairing rusty metal, for repairing composites, SMC and glass fibers.

SUBSTRATES

Steel, galvanized steel, aluminum, SMC, fibers, plastics.

PREPARATION

Before sanding, clean the surface with soap and water, then wipe with thinner. The surface must be dry before applying the material. Keep the repair area small. Sand the repair surface by removing P80-P180 varnish.

MIXING

Mix the putty before use. Squeeze out the hardener. The mixing factor is 2% by weight (a thin line of hardener from edge to edge through the center of 10 cm of putty). Putty with a diameter larger than 10 cm requires additional hardener. Mix the material to obtain a uniform mass of uniform color.

APP

Apply layers, leveling and pressing appropriately.

Do not apply subsequent layers at the same time.

SANDING / FINISHING

Sand with P180 grit abrasive.

If necessary, add additional layers or apply Evercoat light or polyester putty.
