DESCRIPTION AND APPLICATION

EVERCOAT EZ LITE COMMERCIAL contains a special formula for deep fillings with exceptional vertical retention. Users can spread large quantities with the confidence that time will allow them to work on a large area. This reduces repeated mixing, saves time and increases productivity.

SUBSTRATES

Steel, galvanized steel, aluminum, fiberglass and SMC.

PREPARATION

Clean the surface. Remove dirt, grease and wax. Use P80-P180 granules to remove and sand paint.

Clean the surface using an appropriate agent - a thinner or a solution based on water-based varnish technology. The surface must be completely dry before application.

MIXING

Use only with Cream Hardener!

Place the required amount of putty on a clean pallet for mixing putty. Add the hardener in the proportion of 100 parts of EVERCOAT EZ LITE COMMERCIAL to 2 parts of EVERCOAT CREAM HARDENER hardener by weight. Example: For a putty of 5 cm in diameter, a thin line of hardener from the center to the edge through the center or a thin line of hardener from the edge to the edge through the center of 10 cm of putty. Putty with a diameter larger than 10 cm requires additional hardener. Mix the material to obtain a uniform mass of uniform color.

APP

Spread a thin layer of the mixed material, pressing down to ensure adhesion. Apply additional layers to create a higher surface suitable for sanding.

SANDING / FINISHING

Sand to achieve the shape of the putty with granulation P80 – P220. Avoid rust and scratches around the sanded surface when pre-sanding. Finish with P180 grit. For better coverage, add EVERCOAT OPTEX SUPERBUILD 4:1 Polyester Primer Surfacer.
