Rage Ultra is a new, lightweight, universal putty designed for 90% of everyday repair processes.

Thanks to the extraordinary drying and sanding properties, the repair process is not only much faster, but also its quality increases. Saves time, material and eliminates rework costs!

Rage Ultra does not work like regular putty. There is a good reason; low viscosity
material encourages you to correct the layers of the applied material. This results in an even, smooth, hole-free surface.

The patented formula, containing new premium resins, allows for sanding while hardening. In the case of pre-grinding, the process can be started after 8-10 minutes. In addition to fast curing, Rage Ultra is also exceptionally easy to sand. Even large quantities can be sanded without effort and without changing abrasives. The grinding process can be started with granulation P180 – P220.

With Rage Ultra, sanding is finished in about 20 minutes. Compared to regular putty, sanding can usually be started after 20 minutes.

DESCRIPTION AND APPLICATION

FOR PROFESSIONAL USE ONLY
Rage Ultra is a new, lightweight, universal putty designed for 90% of everyday repair processes. It allows you to shorten the application and grinding time by approximately 46%* and the consumption of abrasive materials by up to 30%.

SUBSTRATES
Exceptional adhesion to various types of sanded substrates such as: OE varnish and clear varnish, steel, galvanized steel, galvanized steel, plastic composites, plastics, SMC, polyester putty.

PREPARATION
Before sanding, clean the repair surface thoroughly, removing dirt, grease and wax residue. Lightly sand the repaired surface with P80-P180. Use abrasive materials to remove scratches caused by sanding P180-P220. Remove dust. The repaired surface must be dried before applying the product.

MIXING
The mixing factor is 2% by weight. Place the required amount of material on a clean, degreased putty mixing pallet and add 2% hardener. Refer to the illustration on the product lid and select the appropriate amount. Mix the material to obtain a uniform mass of uniform color. Use only EVERCOAT hardener.

APP
First, apply a thin layer of the mixed material and press it firmly onto the repair surface. This ensures optimal application without small holes with excellent adhesion. Increase the depth to repair requirements by layering the product.

SANDING / FINISHING
The sanding process can be started after approximately 8-10 minutes. Pre-grinding can be started with P80 – P220 granulation.
