APPLICATION

Sikaflex 296 is designed for glass bonding in both the OEM and marine repair markets. Suitable for use with all types of mineral glass-based glazing used in Marine. Before bonding laminated safety glass that contains heating elements in the PVB layer, please contact Sika's Technical Department for instructions. Sikaflex 296 can be smoothed to a very aesthetic finish and is suitable for exposed joints. Manufacturer's advice should be sought and tests should be carried out on original substrates before using Sikaflex 296 on materials susceptible to stress cracking. Sikaflex 296 is intended for experienced professional users only. Tests should be performed on actual substrates and conditions to ensure adhesion and material compatibility.
