One-component, polyurethane, flexible floor coating. Containing solvent, resistant to UV radiation, curing under the influence of moisture.

For creating a smooth or anti-slip, waterproof, scratch-resistant floor on concrete and cement screeds. For light or medium loads. On balconies, terraces, stairs, footbridges, etc. (see Restrictions section).

The floor coating is waterproof, resistant to UV radiation and weather conditions. Thanks to Sikafloor 400 N Elastic+, you can easily and simply install the floor by applying the material with a roller, brush or spray.

LIMITATIONS

• Do not use Sikafloor®-400 N Elastic on uninsulated substrates where significant increases in humidity may occur.
• Freshly applied Sikafloor®-400 N Elastic must be protected against moisture, condensation and water for at least 24 hours.
• Before applying Sikafloor®-400 N Elastic, the primer must be touch dry.
• Sikafloor®-400 N Elastic is not suitable for interior applications.
• Use only when ambient temperatures drop. When used at rising temperatures, craters may appear on the floor.
• Improper assessment and protection of cracks and scratches in the substrate may lead to a shortened service life and reflected cracks.
• To ensure color stability, make sure that the material comes from one production batch on the entire applied surface.
• Under certain conditions, high ambient temperatures combined with high point loads may result in the formation of impressions on the resin surface.
• Contact with materials containing migrating plasticizers, e.g. rubber and some plastics, may cause blisters, marks and discoloration on the floor.
• If heating is required, do not use heating appliances powered by gas, oil, paraffin or other fossil fuels. They produce large amounts of CO2 and H2O water vapor, which may adversely affect the final appearance. Use only electric warm air blowers for heating.
