SikaForce®-800 Red - fast-curing filler for filling gaps and leveling surfaces in wind blade repairs

SikaForce-800 Red is a two-component polyurethane filler for filling gaps and levelling surfaces, which works best at temperatures above 15 °C.

Capacity : 195ml (ingredients A+B)

Color : component A: light red, component B: brown, mixed A+B: light red

If the ambient temperature is below 15 °C , it is recommended to use SikaForce®- 800 Blue .

PRODUCT ADVANTAGES

• Excellent blending, application and smoothing properties
• Very good adhesion to glass fiber laminates
• Does not drip down to a layer thickness of approximately 20 mm
• Fast grinding time
• Easy to sand, does not clog sandpaper

APPLICATION

SikaForce 800 Red is used to fill gaps and level surfaces when repairing wind turbine blades.
This product is intended for experienced professional users only. Tests should be conducted on actual substrates under real-world conditions to ensure adhesion and material compatibility.
