A two-component, solvent-free, radon-tight, polystyrene-filled, polymer-modified asphalt coating (PMBC) for flexible, crack-bridging sealing of ground-contact surfaces. Also as external strip sealing of structural joints between building elements made of water-tight materials. Used for bonding drainage and insulation boards in areas below the ground surface.
