SEAL'N'FLEX PREMIUM P795 is a single-component, high-modulus polyurethane sealing putty for construction joints , facades and flooring , as well industrial applications . Highly flexible, binding without the risk of bubbles forming in the mass and bulging of the grout, even in humid conditions.

It has very good adhesion to most building materials. After hardening, it is highly resistant to changing weather conditions and chemicals.

Advanced gel paste technology, thanks to which the product provides excellent working properties (high viscosity and density, resistance to flowing even in wide gaps, ease of profiling and smoothing regardless of the shape and cross-section of the grout). No unpleasant odor characteristic of polyurethane putties and adhesives (class A+).

TYPES OF SURFACE

Very good adhesion to most building materials without priming, e.g. concrete, plasters, screeds, building ceramics, varnished or impregnated wood, enameled steel, stainless steel, aluminum, tiles, terracotta, stoneware, PVC and similar types of plastics.

WEAR

100 ml / 1 meter of grout with a cross-section of 10 mm x 10 mm = 100 mm².

By multiplying the joint width (mm) by the joint depth (mm) we obtain the number of milliliters / 1 running meter.

USAGE

• Facade and floor expansion joints (pedestrian routes, sidewalks, warehouse floors, ramps, maneuvering areas, parking lots, vehicular traffic, etc.)
• Internal and external movable joints in construction (concrete, brick, metal facades, etc.)
• Sealing roof joints
• Sealing window/door-wall joints (wooden, metal and PVC joinery)
• Flexible seals of steel structures (halls, warehouses, shelters, silos, containers, tanks and similar structures)
• Corner seals in ceramic tiles (terraces, balconies)
• Automotive (bodywork, sealing of welded or welded joints of metal elements: sewers, light fixtures, roof, windows and other car body elements)

SURFACE PREPARATION

The substrate must be dry, clean and degreased. Before using on plastic substrates or paint coatings, it is recommended to perform an adhesion test. For joints with porous or absorbent surfaces, use Bostik Universal Primer T300. After priming, wait at least 15 minutes (max. 4 hours) before applying the mass.

Concrete must be completely hardened and seasoned. Sealed floors, screeds, subfloors and other similar surfaces must be insulated against the negative effects of water. If necessary, first fill the gaps with foam expansion cord. Place the rope carefully in the slot to the required depth so as not to damage it. In the case of shallow slots where there is no room for the string, to avoid three-sided contact, cover the bottom of the slot with PE tape. The edges of the gap can be protected with masking tape to avoid contamination. The tape should be torn off immediately after applying the mass and shaping its surface. Use Bostik Finishing Soap T500 to smooth the grout surface. The grout should have a shape that allows water to flow freely.

HOW TO USE

Apply the mass slowly, carefully filling the entire cross-section of the gap, so as not to trap air in it. Shape the surface of the mass with a spatula and smooth it out within 15 minutes of application. The rate of hardening of the product depends on the ambient temperature and air humidity. As the temperature and humidity level increase, the polymerization process proceeds faster. Additionally, the hardening time depends on the cross-section of the joint. Ensure effective ventilation until the grout is fully hardened.

CLEANING

Fresh dirt can be removed with Bostik Universal Cleaner T100. Hardened material can only be removed mechanically. To clean your hands, use special Bostik Cleaning Wipes T150 cleaning cloths.
