Adhesion promoter used for various surfaces

Sika Aktivator 100 is an activating agent that effectively improves adhesion. It has been specially developed for the pre-treatment of surfaces to be bonded or sealed with Sika polyurethanes.

APPLICATION

Sika Aktivator-100 improves adhesion to glass, ceramic coatings, cut traces of old polyurethane adhesives, polyurethane adhesives previously applied to glass, and paint coatings.

APPLICATION METHOD

Wipe the surface with a clean paper towel or cloth moistened with Sika Aktivator-100. Apply in one direction only once. Wipe off excess with a clean, dry, lint-free paper towel immediately after application.

The ideal application and surface temperature is between 15°C and 25°C. Consumption depends on the specificity of the substrate and the production process.

Close the package tightly immediately after use.
