DIAMOND TOOLS FOR GRINDING CONCRETE

Superprep tools allow you to perform the most difficult tasks. The thickness of the coating to be removed determines which tool (and technique) to use. For best results, make sure the correct construction vacuum is connected to the floor sander.

The PREP series is part of the SUPERPREP series and consists of four different tools: PREP 0, PREP S1, PREP M1 and PREP H1.

PREP 0 is a versatile and aggressive tool for removing coatings with a maximum thickness of 2 mm, such as screed, paint, glue or epoxy resin. Works very well on both hard and abrasive, uneven surfaces.

The PREP S1, M1 and H1 tools are specifically designed for leveling and removing coatings up to 1mm thick on soft and abrasive concrete, medium and hard concrete respectively.
