INFORMATION ABOUT THE APPLICATION

• Wear: ~ 3.0-5.0 kg/m2. The given value does not take into account the substrate profile and material losses.
• Ambient temperature: Minimum +5°C / Maximum +35°C
• Substrate temperature: Minimum +5°C / Maximum +35°C
• Waiting time / Repainting: The application time of dry sprinkle products depends on many variables that result from the concrete placing process and may therefore vary significantly depending on the prevailing conditions. When applied mechanically with an automatic paver and laser screed, paving of the material can begin almost immediately after the concrete is leveled to allow for hydration of the dry mix. Compaction with trowels can be started as soon as the concrete has achieved sufficient strength to support the weight of the trowels on its surface.

  When applying by hand, dry sprinkles must be spread as soon as the concrete can be stepped on, without leaving traces deeper than 3 - 5 mm.

  Periodically checking the condition of the concrete allows you to determine the appropriate time frame for each application step.
