Body repair - Bonding of body parts, 2-component epoxy resin

For structural rigid bonding of e.g. roof and sheathing elements to the vehicle body (aluminium, steel and SMC).

Properties:

• Impact resistant structural adhesive for vehicle skins
• Easy to use (universal cartridge), no primer, can be spot welded to sheet metal 90 minutes after application
• Quickly develops initial strength to prevent panels from shifting after positioning
• Solvent-free
• Can be applied cold, but warm application is recommended (up to 60°C)
• Cures at room temperature (possible heating to accelerate curing)

• Chemical base: 2-component epoxy resin
• Operating temperature range: Warm
• Opening time: approx. 80 minutes.
• Available packages: Cartridge 250 ml

PRODUCT APPLICATION:

The product should be applied with a hand squeezer or a pneumatic gun with a piston at the lowest possible air pressure.

NOTE: DO NOT APPLY WITH A PNEUMATIC GUN WITHOUT PISTON
