SikaTack® Go4it! is a cold-applied adhesive for car windows, intended for application with hand guns.

Note : last pieces of the product available, the product has been replaced with a new adhesive - Sikaflex SOLO.

SCOPE OF APPLICATION

SikaTack® Go4it! is designed to replace car windows. For other applications, tests with actual substrates and conditions should be performed to ensure adhesion and material compatibility.

APPLICATION METHOD

Surface preparation

Surfaces must be clean, dry and free of grease, oil, dust and dirt. Bonding surfaces must be prepared using the Sika Black-Primerless or All Black process. For more information on the processes and use of surface preparation agents, please refer to the relevant Product Data Sheets. Glass without ceramic coatings requires adequate protection against UV radiation.

App

It is recommended to apply the glue with a piston gun. SikaTack® Go4it! can be applied with high-quality manual application guns.

Please note that the viscosity of the product increases at low temperature. In order to facilitate application, the adhesive should be stored at room temperature before use. To ensure a uniform thickness of the joint, it is recommended to apply the adhesive in the form of a triangular bead.

The open time is much shorter in hot and humid climates. The glass must always be glued within the open time. Never glue the glass if the glue has built up a skin.

Removal

Uncured SikaTack® Go4it! can be removed from tools and equipment with Sika® Remover-208 or other suitable solvent. After curing, the material can only be removed mechanically. Hands and exposed skin should be washed immediately with hand towels such as Sika® Cleaner350H or a suitable industrial hand cleaner and water. Do not use solvents on the skin
