Sika Repair Mortar 20F is concrete repair and leveling product . It is a one-component PCC-type mortar, which was created on the basis of polymer-modified cement . It contains it microsilica addition and is reinforced with synthetic fibers. The mortar is used primarily for manual reprofiling and leveling of rough concrete surfaces. As a result, a layer from 4mm to 20mm when applied to the entire surface and up to 40mm when filling local defects.
Putty for repairing and leveling concrete Sika Sepair 20 F is intended for structural and non-structural repairs by hand. It is ideal for concrete exposed to increased environmental aggression. It is applicable in general construction and hydraulic engineering .
Sika Repair 20F can be applied using traditional techniques. Mortar can of course be applied by hand or by wet spraying . Remember that the substrate must be matt-damp before applying the mortar. While the bonding layer is applied Sika Repair 10F onto the previously prepared substrate with a stiff brush apply it to the surface with a rubbing motion . Apply Sika Repair 20F to the fresh bonding layer with a trowel or trowel. The layer must be pressed to the substrate and then removed with a shearing motion. If the use of Sika Repair 10F is not necessary, Mortar 20F is applied in this way to the matt damp substrate.

Mixing ratio
Sika® Repair-20 F : water - 100 : 14 by weight 3.5 liters of water per 25 kg bag. To increase the stickiness and stability of the mortar (e.g. in a vertical, overhanging or ceiling position), the amount of water can be reduced to approx. 3.25 liters per 1 25 kg bag.
Wear
Theoretical consumption: ~18.5 kg/m²/cm. Practical consumption depends on the roughness of the substrate, method of application, losses during application.
Layer thickness
Minimum 0.5 cm / Maximum 1.5 cm - leveling mortar. When repairing minor local defects - maximum 3.0 cm.
Waiting Time / Overcoating
The minimum technological break before applying any subsequent layers is (at +20°C):
