DESCRIPTION:

SikaCem Level is a plasticizer for plastic concrete and floor screeds.

APPLICATION:

SikaCem Level is suitable for the production of concrete which is required to: plasticise the mix or reduce the amount of mixing water, facilitate compaction and reduce air content. SikaCem Level is most often used for concrete and floor mortars, primarily screeds and screeds laid in a plastic consistency and intended for underfloor heating.

ADVANTAGES:

The action of the SikaCem Level admixture in the concrete mix is ​​based on the mechanism of electrostatic repulsion. This allows to obtain the following properties of the concrete mix and concrete: the possibility of reducing the amount of mixing water or plasticizing the mix with a constant amount of mixing water, improved workability, prolonged consistency retention, increased tightness, higher final strengths, reduced shrinkage and tendency to cracking. The SikaCem Level plasticizer does not contain chlorides or other chemicals that are corrosive to reinforcing steel. It can be used without restrictions for reinforced and prestressed concrete elements and structures.

WEAR:

Dosing range 0.2% - 1.5% of cement weight, depending on the expected effect. The most common dosing is 0.4% - 0.8% of the cement mass. When dosing more than 0.8% of the cement weight, the time of maintaining the consistency is extended and the setting is delayed
