Flexible, watertight, crack-bridging and stress-relieving sealing and shut-off mat. A special fleece coating covering the mat on both sides ensures good adhesion to cement adhesive mortars. Particularly suitable as a reliable and flexible waterproofing and stress-reducing layer in outdoor areas, on balconies and terraces under tiling, ceramic tiles and natural stone. A special membrane equalizes stresses during sudden changes in temperature. Sopro AEB plus mats laid butt joint are joined with Sopro AEB 641 tape on Sopro Racofix RMK 818 assembly adhesive or Sopro TDS 823 sealing mortar. These products ensure watertightness of the connection. Laying ceramic or stone tiles can be done without long waiting times.

Application:
As under-tile bonded waterproofing in the form of mats indoors, for use in accordance with DIN 18 534 in water exposure classes W0-I to W2-I, in relation to W3-I; also under chemical loads in all water exposure classes.
For sealing balconies and terraces in accordance with DIN 18 531 part 5.
For reliable, quick and flexible sealing of the surface and reduction of stresses between the substrate and the cladding - on walls and floors, intended for finishing with ceramic and stone cladding - in bathrooms, showers and wet rooms.
Particularly suitable for use as a quick way to seal surfaces in timely construction projects.
